Biographical synthesis

John Trumble (b. ca. 1606; d. ?). Mariner.

Went quartermaster on the ship the Tankervaile (Master: Robert Cooke) in August 1655.

Resident in 1656 in Shadwell.

Evidence from High Court of Admiralty

Fifty year old John Trumble deposed on April 17th 1656 in the High Court of Admiralty. He was examined on a libel in the case of "Cooke and Johnson against the Tankervaile and Batson"[1]
