Judges assigned to heard their order upon
the admission of ffrancklins allegation upon
Satterday next in the morninge and in case
the same bee not to bee admitted to heare
sentence the same time at the petition of the said
Clements/

day the said Smith porrected a sentence
difinitive in writinge which the Judges at
his petition did read five and promulge and did
pronounce decree declare adjudge condemne and doe
