Salter who submitting themselves et cetera obliged themselves et cetera for the said
William ffarro Thomas Addams and company in the summe of
100 li of lawfull money of England to the said John [?Cortes] to
answeare the action commenced by him against the said shippe and the said
Nightingale and to pay what the said ffarro Addams and company
and Nightingale shalbe condemned in with expences of suite in case they shalbe
overthrowne And unles et cetera Which Caution the Judges receaved and
decreed the said shipp and the said Nightingale to be released from
the arrest./.

Richard Beare to answeare the action commenced against the
said two sixteenth parts of the said shipp and to pay what the
said Whith shalbe condemned in with expences of suite in
case hee shalbe overthrowne And unles et cetera Which caution the
Judges receaved and decreed the said 16th parte of the said shipp to be released from the
arrest./

the value of the same accordinge to the [?appraisement] thereof
to be taken by authority of this Court in case the same
shalbe adjudged to the said Bollee upon the [?pXXXXX] and the
Judges did decree the same to be appraised by Commissioners to
be named on both sides./.
