To the Interrogatories./

To the first hee saith hee went Cooper all the voyage in Question
of the said ship./.

To the second hee saith the said ship is of the burthen of 160
Tonns or thereabouts, and carried 18 gunns, and 29 men at the time
interrate and there were aboard her at the same time about nine [?XXX of ?XXX] but what
els of Ammunition hee knoweth not/

To the third hee saith the Anne and Margaret was a strong ship, and
indifferently fitted with warlike provisions and materialls and otherwise
negatively.

To the 4th hee saith the man of warr carryed about 36 gunns, about
30 of whereof were mounted, and saith there were none of the man
of warrs company entred upon the Anne and Margaret, untill her
Company cryed out quarter as aforesaid, And further cannot
Answer.

To the 5th hee saith there were Nine of the Company wounded
and one videlicet Henry Buckerell killed and saith the names of those that
were wounded are in order they were wounded as followeth, as this Deponent now
remembreth
