Transcription

the Love her tackle apparrell and furniture and hee this deponent saith
hee well remembreth that the sayd Thompson did in the yeare 1653
goe two severall voyages in the sayd shipp as Master and halfe owner of
her to parts beyond the seas videlicet into holland and parts there adiacent and brought home in her both voyages
onnyons for his Cargazoone which onyons this deponent bought
of the sayd Thompson at the rate of 7 s a barrell, but how many barrells
there were of them, hee doth not now remember And further to the
sayd article hee cannot depose, hee not soe much as knowing the arlate John Solomon/

To the last article hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true/

Richard Hopkins of the parish of Saint Buttolphe
Billingsgate London Cittizen and Cutler of London but
using the trade of a salter aged 34 yeares or there
abouts a witnes sworne and examined saith and deposeth
as followeth videlicet./

To the first and second articles of the sayd allegation hee this deponent
saith that in the yeares 1653 and moneths therein concurring the arlate
Richard Thompson was Commonly reputed and accompted to bee a
part owner of the arlate Shipp the Love her tackle apparell and furni=
ture and of whatsoever freight did arise or growe due for the same
And saith that hee hath heard that one John
Solomon was his partner or other part owner of her and her tackle
apparrell and furniture and freight due thereby, and saith that the sayd vessell
haveing made two severall voyages in the yeare 1653 to holland or other
parts beyond seas videlicet the one in the moneth of October and the other
in december the sayd yeare, came laden home each voyage with onyons
which onyons this deponents contest Robert Rickman bought of the
sayd Richard Thompson And further to this article hee cannot depose/

To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true/
