To the 14th Interrogatorie hee saith that the said Jacinto Neimannt
had goods and effects of the said producents in his hands when
hee soe laded the said silver, And saith that hee soe receaved
the said goods about six moneths since the same being sent
from Ostend to Cadiz in a Hamburgh ship the Commander
whereof was named Hendricke Gharvill of Hamborough
And further cannot depose.
To the 15th hee answereth negatively
To the 16th hee saith that hee this Examinate was and is
an Hamburgher by birth and now dwelleth in Antwerpe
And otherwise hee answereth negatively saying that hee
this Examinate hath noe interest, no rwill it bee either losse or
