To the Interrogatories in the second place. [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first and second hee cannot depose.

To the third, fourth and fifth hee saith that the shipp had (as hee understood when
hee came to be hired into her) bin taken by the ffrench, and redeemed
by Otto George her master on the accompt of Spaniards, and after the
said redemption and before her departure from Tolon this deponent came
into her, and sailed in her to Genoa, and thence to Legorne, thence to Allicante, thence to Mallaga, and thence to Cales her last port before her seizure. And
further saith that shee went from Tholon to Genoa in ballast, and from
Genoa to Legorne shee carried paper and other goods, and at Legorne tooke
in other goods, and at Mallaga some wine, and carried the same to Cales
And otherwise hee cannot depose.
