quod mariam Limbrey partem producen per 12 annos etaps
aut eo circiter novit, sed partem con quam producits non

Ad primum schedulum et reliques arlos libelli in hac parte dat et blat dicit
det deponit That (to his nowe best remembrance) in
the moneth of October or November 1636 last past this deponent
by the order of his then master, John Hennings Vintner dwellinge
at the shipp Taverne at Ratcliffe crosse, went to viewe and
tast certayne wynes then lyeinge in a warehouse uppon one Mr
Rooks his wharfe in Ratcliffe with intention to buy the
same, which wynes as it was reported did belonge to the arlate
Mary Limbrey the producent, in which waregouse he tasted of two
pipes of Rochell white wyne which were sayd to belonge to the sayd producent, one
of which pipes of wynes was growne browne, but the other butt looked
perfecte white, but wanted of beinge full, and if
that pipe had bene filled up with as good wyne as the rest of the
wyne in that pipe was, it would have bene then worth the somme of
six pounds of lawfull money of England in this deponents iudgement and at the same
tyme there were divers small casks and rundletts of Canary wynes
which were likewise sayd to belonge to the sayd Mary Limrey,
but what became of any of the sayd
wynes he knoweth not Et alr nescit deponere./

imployed by the producent Mary Limnrey and Mr Maurice Tompson
to make a division of some Canarye wynes and white wynes, then
remayninge in a seller or warehouse belonging to Mr [?Rooks]
neere Racliffe crosse, and there was then allotted for the share or
division of the sayd Mrs Limbrey one pipe of white wyne and
divers rundletts of
sacke with white wyne and sacke belonginge to the sayd Mrs Limbrey this deponent by the oder of the sayd
Limbrey and her father one Mr Cooper did see delivered
into a lighter to e carryed abord a shipp called (as he remembreth)
the Samuel whereof one [BLANK IN MANUSCRIPT] Corke was Master) to Saint Christophers
which pipe of white wiyne was then worth the somme of seaven
pounds sterling or thereabouts, in this deponents iudgement, Et alr nescit deponere
