merchant aged about 49 yeares sworne before the worshipfull John Exton
doctor of Lawes Surrogate to the righte worshipfull Sir Henry Marten knighte
Judge of his Majestyes high Court of the Admiraltye and afterwards
examined upon certayne Interrogatorryes ministred on the behalfe of John
and Vincent dellabarr of London merchants sayeth and deposeth therunto as
followeth videlicet./
