3. To the Third he answereth and believeth That the sayd Harman
Berker did within these Two yeares last past beeinge
the time mentioned in the said Article send at least one
thousand bundles of hempe from Riga to severall
merchants of this Citty of London some by way of
Hamburgh and most by way of Dunkirk, but he hath
not ever heard or doth believe that the said Berker
or Bremer did within the time specified in the said
Article send any hempe, potashe, or other goods into
Holland, nor doth otherwise believe the said Article to
be true in any parte
4 To the ffowerth hee answeareth That he doth not believe
there were any papers throwne overboard the said
voiage, he being all the time in the said ship, neither
doth he believe there was any such writinge given by
the said Berker or Bremer as is untruely charged in
