quantity of oiles in theire power and
possession of theire owne and haveing
noe oiles monies or any effects in
theire hands of the said Panlyes did
nevertheles upon his letter sent unto
them in or about ffebruary or March
1650 english stile to shipp from
Sivill the number of fiftye pipes
of oiles in some shippe and consigne
the same for Amsterdam to one
[BLANK IN MANUSCRIPT] Panley the brother of the
said William Panley and in case
shippeing did not present to send
the same for Amsterdam then and not
otherwise to send the same in some
shipp or vessell for London and con
signe the same to the said Jenny but
not for his Account as hee beleeveth
and that thereupon this rendent and
his partner haveing the said fifty
pipes of oiles in question in theire
owne possessions and haveing for
merly bought the same with theire
owne monies or goods and not findeing
opportunity to send the same for
holland did in or about the time arlate
by the order aforesaid lade the ame
onboard the said shipp the Maydenhead
and consigned the same to the said
William Cenney but not for his
Account as hee beleeveth the property
of all and every of the said 50 pipes
of oiles then and still being remainiening and
continueing this respondent and
his partner as hee beleeveth and this
