answer and every of them answereth
and beleeveth that before the departure
of the arlate shipp the Jonathan and
Abigall out of the River of Thames the
voyadge arlate these respondents did cause
gratenigs to bee made on the upper decke
of the arlate shippe the Jonathan and
Abigall for the necessary accomodation
and carriadge of passingers the voyadge
arlate And otherwise these respondents nor
any of them beleeve the said pretensed position
to bee true in any parte thereof
To the 10th pretensed position these respondents
and every of them answereth that they refer
themselves to the charter party aforesaid
made for the voyadge in question which
they beleeve to bee true And otherwise they
