To the sixt position of the saide pretended allegation
they and every of them doe answeare and doe not
nor doth beleeve the same to be true in any parte
thereof.
To the seaventh position of the said pretended
allegation they and every of them doe answeare
and beleeve that in and during the voyage arlate
there was laden aboard the shipp arlate at the
Barbadoes, a certaine quantity of tobaccoes, which
were transported in the said shipp to severall places
and some part of them to allicant arlate and were
there sould and disposed of by the factors or agents
of the said Thomas Batt who were sent and
imployed by him in the said shipp the voyage in
question to dispose of such goods as were laden
aboard the said shipp during the whole voyage
but how much or of what quantity the said
Tobaccoes were, these Rendents nor any of them
doe not nor doth know nor were ever informed
And otherwise they nor any of them doe not
nor doth beleeve the said pretended position to be
true in any part thereof.

allegation they and every of them doe answeare
and beleeve that in and during the voyadge arlate
there were taken on board the said shipp certaine
goods at Saint Jago arlate and certaine Tobaccoes
att the Barbadoes which goods and tobaccoes were
as these Rendents beleeve sould and disposed
by the factors or agents of the said Thomas
Batt who were sent and imployed by him in the
said shipp to dispose of all goods laden on board
