the end and expiration of the said
voyadge hee departed this life in
Virginia or else where in the parts
beyond the Seas and these respondents
beleeve that since the death of the said
Garnit hee the said Moore is his Ad
ministrator And otherwise for
theire parts they nor either of them
doe not beleeve the said position to bee
true in any parte thereof/
To the sixth pretensed position they and
either of them answer and beleeve that
they these respondents have bin requi=
red to the effect arlate and that they
have refused to satisfie the same for
iust causes ut credunt/
To the seaventh pretensed position they answer
