did departe and set saile from Car
lisle Bay in the Barbadoes and
safely arrived in this porte of
London and since the arrivall of
the said shippe the Jonathan and
Abigall in this porte of London
all the goods wares and merchandi
zes which were onboard her at
such time as this rendent came
to bee Master of her and all such as
were laden onboard her att the
Barbadoes the voyadge in question
as hee beleeveth were by this Re
spondent and his Companye
delivered out of the said shippe
into Lighters sent by the freigh
ters or theire Assignes to receive
the same and noe parte of the same
detained by this Rendent or
any of the rest of the Company
of the said shippe as hee belee
veth And otherwise hee doeth not
beleeve the said position to bee true
in any parte/
