voyadge from the porte of Bristoll
to Ginny and soe to the Barbadoes
and soe to such ports or place as there
factors there should thinke fitt ut
credunt and soe home againe for
London ut credunt And otherwise for
theire parts they nor either of them
doe not beleeve the said position to bee
true in any parte thereof/

To the third pretended position they
and every of them answer and beleeve
that these rendents doe not knowe
what wages the arlate Paris and
hohnewood were hired for the voyadge
arlate neither doe they knowe what
to beleeve therein in regard they were
not privy thereunto but these
Rendents beleeve that in case they had
donne theore duties as they ought to have
donee in the said shippe and not forsaken
her they might have deserved
the summe arlate per moneth a peece
and not above ut credit And otherwise
for theire parts they doe not beleeve the
said position to bee true in any parte
thereof

To the fourth pretensed position they and
evey of them answer and beleeve that
the arlate Parris and hohnewood
did enter into pay and sailed in the
said shippe from Bristoll the 20th of
November 1648 arlate to the parts
of Ginny and from thence to the
Barbadoes ut credunt and there
these Rendents beleeve the articulate
