In the name of the Lord Amen
When men did write the Seaventeenth of May One Thousand Six hundred
Sixty and ffoure Before Adrian Mequart Publick Notary Admitted by
the Court of holland residing within this Citty of Dordrecht and in the
presence of the witnesses hereunder named there appeared Mr John Boldero
Merchant in the English Court within this Citty well knowne to [XX] Notary
sick of body but haveing and using well his reason memory and understanding
According as it did outwardly appeare to us the Notary and Witnesses And
declared that he was intended to depose of his temporall goods doeing the
same out of his owne ffree and volunteray Will being noe wayes mislead

Or Councelled by any one to the contrary as he Appeares Did
