Iohannes Boldero [RH MARGIN]

In the name of the Lord Amen
When men did write the Seaventeenth of May One Thousand Six hundred
Sixty and ffoure Before Adrian Mequart Publick Notary Admitted by
the Court of holland residing within this Citty of Dordrecht and in the
presence of the witnesses hereunder named there appeared Mr John Boldero
Merchant in the English Court within this Citty well knowne to [XX] Notary
sick of body but haveing and using well his reason memory and understanding
According as it did outwardly appeare to us the Notary and Witnesses And
declared that he was intended to depose of his temporall goods doeing the
same out of his owne ffree and volunteray Will being noe wayes mislead

Or Councelled by any one to the contrary as he Appeares Did
declare ffirst he doth Commend his soule into the mercyfull hands of God Almighty
(And his body) the soule being departed from the same to the Easrthh declareing
that the same may be decently interred ffurthermore he the said Testator did
declare to Revoake annull and to make void in manner as he doth by these presents All
such Testaments or last wills Codicills or other writings which he the said Testator before
the day of the date hereof ought any wayes have made or effected willing and declareing
that all the late writings should be held for null unvalled and of none effect And againe
disposing of his estate he the said Testator, did declare ffirst of all to have made and [?Pre=
legated in manner as he Doth by these presents unto Mr henry Boldero this Testators
Brother All such lands and houses as is any wayes coming or accrueing unto him at
the decease of his late ffather lying scytuate and being in England att [XXXX] sitted
by way of Dowrey and the [XXXXts ] thereof being inioyed by Mrs Sarah De[XXXm] his
mother in Law Moreover he doth likewise declare to have made and Legated in man=
ner as he doth by these presents to his Executor hereafter menconned in this his Testa=
ment or last will the summe of One Thousand [XXXX] Gilders att Twenty [XXXvers]
each to distribute the same and to give it out then to whome that he the late Testator
shall order or appoint them soe to doe without any gain [XXXX] or denyall of any person
whatsoever More he the said Testator doth make and Legate to Mr Thomas Marshall
Minister here of the Aforesaid English Court the summe of five hundred Carolus
Gilders he doth likewise make and Legate to the said Mr Thomas Marshall the
summe of Seaven hundred Carolus Gilders To be distributed and given out of
by him to the Poore Christians there and in such manner as he shall thinke
most fitting and requisite Moreover he the said Testator doth make and egate
to Garthreate Touch'tijlr daughter of [?Dunell] Touchtijlr the summe of One hundred
and ffifty Carolus Gilders And he doth likewise make and Legate unto Jan Rey[?aen]
[XXX XXXXX] [?maid] in the house of Mr Surart Gooden [?Nenth] the summe of Thireteene
Carolus Gilders And to Allt[?gen] the maid that lookes to the Children in the aforesaid
house Tenn Carolus Gilders,

Item, the said Testator doth doth make and Legate to
Mr Smart Gooden Nouth his the said Testators watch hee doth alsoe make and
Legate to Mary Boldero his sister wife of the aforesaid Mr Smart Goodenne[?u]th
to the use and behoofe of her Children All the Gold Rings which att the tyme of
his the Testators decease shall be found to be belonging or apperteyning unto
him to be kept or preferred by her and to her Children when they shall come to
yeares of discretion to be destibuted and delivered out unto them Moreover [?hee]
Testator doth likewise make and Prelegate to Edward Bolero his brother All his
the said Testators Woollen and Stuffe Clothes excepting alwayes Those of his
wearing Clothes Excepting Lynnen or the which did belong unto his body And unto
the said Mary Boldero his sister All his Lynnen which he wore upon his body
Alsoe the said Testator doth bequeath into [XXXonna] Tensh]tijts wife of henry
