Transcription To the 8th negatively, referring himselfe To the 8th negatively, referring himselfe to his foregoeing deposition. To the 9th hee cannot answer, otherwise than as aforesaid. The said '''Williamson''' examined upon an<br /> allegation made in the acts on behalfe of the said claimer<br /> the 7th of ffebruary last, and exhibit therein<br /> mentioned. To the said allegation and exhibit or bill of lading therein<br /> mentioned now showed unto him, hee saith and deposeth that<br /> the said bill of lading shortly after the lading of the said<br /> goods, and on the day of the date thereof (being the 10th of<br /> March 1657 new stile) or neere thereabouts, was truely and<br /> really signed and firmed (in such manner as the same nowe<br /> appeareth) by him this deponent with his owne hand, and<br /> that the said bill was and is true and reall, and not colourable,<br /> and one of the three by him predeposed of, And otherwise<br /> saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot depose.
