To the first [?arpe] of the said Allou hee saith that hee [GUTTER]
Hath heard the Arlate Thomat [?kretty] man say and [?derlare] [GUTTER]
[?artate] [?siorges] Corsellis [?] Corsellis and companies [GUTTER]
the owner of the [?akgale] ship, the golden Starr, [?] shxx [GUTTER]
seizes at hereafter is [?] or to that fleet, And
me boome and Company were owner of the winds [GUTTER]
then on board her And further her saith hee cannot diposeth [GUTTER]

To the second hee saith that on or about the 27th day of
November 1659 at the said ship the Golden Starr [GUTTER]
coming from the Canaryes to this post, shee was not [GUTTER]
by the ship the Alexander arlate but the name of the [GUTTER]
this Diposeth. [?knoweth] not/ And the said ship [GUTTER]
had the English [?] wether shee first met the [GUTTER]
Starr, and under those [?] halves the Golden Starr [GUTTER]
and the said[?spretty] man saying they were off [GUTTER]
one of the males of the Alexander came aboard [GUTTER]
Golden Starr, and went into the Cabbin where the said [GUTTER]
and [p?] came out of the Cabbin, and went onboard [GUTTER]
Alexander, and soe soone as hee was come on board [GUTTER]
Alexander her Company pulled downe the English [GUTTER]
and put up the portugalls [?] and then [?fires] [GUTTER]
fifteene or sixteene Gunnit at the Golden Starr. [GUTTER]
tare and doe mure pejudire to her saithe, and [GUTTER]
and a small [?] [?] was in Company and belonging to the [GUTTER]
fired two or three gunns at the Golden Starr [GUTTER]
then in the hull, and saith that the said shooting [GUTTER]
and upon the said ship did [?] endanger the [GUTTER]
or wounding of some of the Company of the Golden [GUTTER]
and the same was done without any [?] on given by the Company of the ship, they not firing a gunn at [GUTTER]
and saith that hee this deposeth and someothers of [GUTTER]
Golden Starrs Company weut upon the [?starry] [GUTTER]

castle, and rallied to the Company of the [?Alexander] [GUTTER]

to forboard their shooting telling them they would come [GUTTER]
onboard them, and [?] this Deponent and the [GUTTER]
of the Company of the Starr. [?hoyshed] out their [GUTTER]
