4. delivered to the English Captaine that tooke his said frigot, which
5. taking of this deponent and his frigot and company was done
6. of or neare lack Nesse the 17th (old stile) of this
7. moneth by the Adventure frigot in the service of this Comm[onwealth GUTTER]
8. after this deponent had taken a small vessell of ffoy laden
9. with pilchards, fifteene hogsheads of which pilchards this
