1. by the said ffernandez, and all or the most part of the outwards lading
2. was belonging to him, and the foresaid fiftie three pipes of wine and
3. six hundred seventie and seven hides of her homewards lading were alsoe
4. belonging unto him, and otherwise referreth himselfe to his foregoing
5. depostion, and saving the same hee cannot depose, saving the foresaid
6. fiftie three pipes of wine, and six hundred seventie and seven hides
7. were and are belonging to the said mr ffernandez and to none other
8. To the 5th hee saith the said Miranda went factor of the said ffernandez
9. as aforesaid, and referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition and otherwise
10. hee cannot answer.
11. To the 6th and 7th he cannot answer otherwise than aforesaid, not being in the voyage
12. To the 8th saith hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition and to the
13. accounts made up of the said wines and hides, and otherwise hee cannot
14. answer saving as aforesaid.

27. or thereabouts sworne and examined
28. To the fifth article of the said allegation and to the Pollicie of
29. Assurance therein mentioned nowe showed unto him, dated the seventh
30. day of ffebruary 1655, hee saith and deposeth that the producent
31. Antonio ffernandez Caravajall in the month of ffebruary 1655
32. did in his owne ˹the˺ name ˹of himselfe and others˺, cause to be aforesaid in London by the said Pollicie
33. by Thomas Roberts, this deponent and other merchants (whose names
34. are subscribed to the said Pollicie) the sume of six hundred pounds
35. sterling, upon the goods laden or to be laden aboard the good shipp
36. called the Irish merchant (Robert Hunter Mr) then outwards bound
37. from this port for the Canaries, which hee knoweth further hee
38. this deponent is one of the said Assurers, and did subscribe
39. the said Pollicie for the sume of one hundred and fiftie pounds on the
40. XX XX of ffebruary 16561655, and at the same time hee sawe
41. the said Thomas Roberts subscribe for 150 li, and beleeveth that
42. the three other subscribers did alsoe then write for one hundred
43. pounds apiece, however hee is well acquainted with their
44. hand writing and knoweth˹beleeveth˺ the said three last subscriptions to be
45. of their respective writing. and hee beleeveth that albeit the
46. assurance Pollicie is made in generall termes, yet the adventure
