Transcription

To the fifth he saith and deposeth that the three Bills lading to the
sayd allegation annexed and none showne are three of the bills of lading
for the sayd moneyes plate and sylver laden aboard the sayd shipps
respectively as aforesayd, which this deponent knoweth and believeth for the
reasons above expressed. And further saith that although in the same
Bills of lading It be expressed that the sayd moneys and plate therein
respectively mencioned and for the use and Accompt of the sayd Paul Cobrissy
of Bridges, yet in truth and reality the sayd sylver moneys was laden
aboard the sayd shipps for the sole use and Accompt of the sayd John Mexia
de Herrera, and the name of the sayd Paul Cobrissy was made use of
