The personall answeres of William [?Grand] made
to the positions of a pretended allegation given
against him on the behalfe of owen
dowrish as followeth videlicet.
To the fift (sic) position of the said pretended allegation he
answeareth and beleeveth that the arlate Thomas
haslewood did take noe tunnage in the shipp the
Neptune arlate, the voyage in question but the
goods of the said haslewood were laden aboard the
shipp upon account of the tunnage taken by one
Joshua Warren And otherwise he doth not beleeve
the said pretended position to be true in any part
thereof
