Confession of the truth of it [?XXXX] of C … Confession of the truth of it [?XXXX] of Clements or his [?XXXX XXXX]<br />
[?XXXX XXXXX] they shall prove any thing materiall in [?XXXXXX] he<br />
[?XXXXX XXXX]he should submitt such order as the Courte<br />
should [?XXXXXX] most agreeable to Justice, and that if the said<br />
Clements would set downe in his paper the admission of his allegation<br />
[?what hee desires], he would presently [?XXXX] to it what hee did confesse<br />
and the said Suckley did further alleadge that the matter<br />
was referred to mr Clements paper and hee had often<br />
called to him for it and he had not brought it soe that it was<br />
his owne fault but he is ready still to doe it and now his Clyents<br />
being produced they will acknowledge presents of the fact soe that<br />
there wilbe now need of a Commission Clements dissenting and desiring a Commission<br />
and his cause to be continued untill the next Cort day and Justice etcetera but the<br />
Judges at the action of Suckley did publish the depositions of the<br />
witnesses and assigned this cause to sentence the next Cort day saving<br />
