amd turned the said John Drake and Company … amd turned the said John Drake and Company out of her and<br />
have since disposed of the same at theire owne will and<br />
pleasure and have overthrowne the said voyage And<br />
the said shipp the ''Providence'' was and is of the<br />
burthen of Twoe hundred and ffiftie Tunns or thereabouts<br />
and the said shipp her Tackle appurtenances ffurniture<br />
and the Coales and other goods and provisions aboard<br />
her were at the time when the said Albert Myler<br />
and his Complices and associates seized the same worth<br />
the summe or value of Twoe thousand pounds sterling<br />
and that they have suffered losse and dammage by<br />
being deprived of the said shippe over and above the<br />
then value of her to the summe of 500 ''li'' yett hee<br />
layeth of any other summe et cetera And that the said<br />
shipp the ''Saint Julian'' and her Tackle and ffurniture<br />
and all the ffreight due for the service of the said<br />
shippe and all the goods that were in her arrested<br />
by authority of this Court did att the time of the<br />
said arrest belonge to the said Albert Myler and<br />
James Smith and others their Complices and associates<br />
whoe tooke away the said shippe the ''Providence'' as aforesaid and to the said Griffin and Company<br />
owners of the aforessid shipp the ''Michael'' in which<br />
the said Albert Myler and his Complices and<br />
Associates when they tooke the said shippe the<br />
''Providence''
