ffenchurch London Packer, aged 37 yeeres<br />
or thereabouts sworne and exámined.
To the eighteenth article of the said allegation (upon which alone<br />
hee is by direction of the producent examined) hee saith and<br />
deposeth that hee hath well knowne the producent Antonio<br />
ffernandez Caravajall for theise eighteene yeeres last past<br />
or thereabouts, and hath dealt with him in merchandize for<br />
theise fourteene yeeres last or thereabouts, and frequented<br />
his house, and for that time of fourteene yeeres hee saith the said Antonio ffernandez<br />
hath bin of his sight and knowledge a keeper of house and<br />
family and Inhabitant of this citie at his nowe dwelling<br />
house in Leadenhall streete neere Creechurch London, and a<br />
marchant of greate account trade and dealing for wines and other goods<br />
which hee this deponent soe knoweth having for this time<br />
frequented his said house as his Packer and otherwise in the<br />
affaires of Marchandize. And saith the said ffernandez<br />
was and is for such as aforesaid commonly reputed, and alsoe<br />
a subiect and nowe a denizen of this Commonwealth. And<br />
otherwise hee cannot depose.

cannot answer.
