of this Court and to his foregoeing deposition hee saith hee cannot otherwise depose
To the 8th hee saith, That the said Luke Lucy by the employment of the said money<br />
might as this deponent verily beleeveth, since the time hee laded the said goods, have<br />
profitted threescore or fourescore pounds, in the returne from Saint Sebastians<br />
and benefitt that might have accrewed by the same in Merchandizing affaires<br />
And further hee cannot depose/
To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true./

To the first hee saith hee doeth not remember that hee ever saw the goods in<br />
question either in bales or peeces, And otherwise negatively for his part
To the second hee saith hee doeth not remember the payment of any moneys by<br />
the producent for the goods in Controversy, but findes the same payd by the<br />
sayd producents bookes of accompts and that the same were wholly and solely<br />
for the accompt of the said producent.
To the third hee saith, That by the said bookes of Accompt this rendent findeth<br />
that the Customes due for the said goods were paid and satisfyed here in the<br />
Custome house London, by Abraham Gualtier his precontest, as this rendent<br />
beleeveth.
To the fourth hee saith, That so farr as this rendent hath heard the shipp the<br />
interrate being a Prize was bought at Portsmouth, but by whom of [?XXX]<br />
Countriemen the Owners Master or Mariners thereof were, this rendent<br />
