were felt to carry the said shippe ober the<br />
barr aforesaid did wilfully and uppon his<br />
owne occasions and not in the service and<br />
ymployment of the said Bladewell<br />
stay in the river of Archangell within<br />
the barr with the said shippe by the<br />
space of divers dayes above the number<br />
of sixe dayes to his certaine knowledge<br />
who was at that tyme at Archangell<br />
and did observe the same, Et alr nescit.
Ad 15um affirmat, That the said Bladewells<br />
factor by reason of the said Masters<br />
neglecte as aforesaid, did protest against<br />
the said Master for not departinge from<br />
Archangell and not saileinge over the<br />
barr asn the schedule arlate is contayned<br />
which schedule hee sayeth is the<br />
originall protest made by the said Bladewells<br />
factor against the said Master. And hee sayeth<br />
