Arlos dicta Allonis deponit et dicit the<br /> Deponit very well knoweth the producents Thomas Bretton,<br /> Symon Delboe, Andrew Middleton and Company, and<br /> hath done for severall years past; and sayth that<br /> for all the time arlate and a long time before they have been and<br /> still are as ought to be the true and lawful owners and<br /> proprietors of the Arlate ship the ''Experience'' and of the<br /> tackle, apparrell and furniture, and for and as such<br /> were and are generally accounted reputed and taken, which hee<br /> knoweth for that he served in the sayd ship for thirty monethes<br /> next before the voyage in question and hath severall<br /> times seene them as some of them on board her in the River<br /> of Thames before her proceeding upon the voyage in question<br /> about giving orders for the management of the said voyage.
