To the 2.d hee saith the said William Malym<br />
dyed about tenne Dayes after the said<br />
ship went from Scanderoone but the Day<br />
of the moneth hee knoweth not, And<br />
John Atkins (who was before Cheife Mate of the<br />
said ship) did upon the death of the said Malym<br />
become Master of her according to the Custome of the<br />
Sea, and further cannot Answer./.
To the 4.th hee cannot Answer not knowing of<br />
any money paid by the said Adkins to the said<br />
Bond or any of the said Ships Company
To the 5.th hee saith that there was some Angry<br />
words passed betweene the said William<br />
Malym and the said Bond, but<br />
before Malym Deyed they were ffreinds<br />
againe, and Adkins and Bond hee saith did<br />
Agree very well, and saith the said. Bond<br />
was noe cause of the said Ships being cast<br />
away, And further saving as aforesaid cannot<br />
