use accompt and adventure of the said John … use accompt and adventure of the said John Moller and that hee<br />
was to deliver the same at Dunquerke unto him the said Phillip de Pape<br />
for the only use of him the said Moller to whom and to none other<br />
this deponent was [?XXXXed] to have delivered the same in case hee<br />
had gott well thither with the said shippe. And further cannot<br />
depose.
To the eighth article of the said Allegation hee referreth himselfe<br />
to his foregoeing deposition And further cannot depose.
To the 9th article of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
That the said John Moller was and is an Hamburgher by birth<br />
where this deponent doeth knowe his father to dwell att this<br />
present and where hee hath dwelt for all his tyme hither to<br />
And that hee hath knowne the said John Moller<br />
to have lived in Spaine and flanders by the space of theise<br />
seaven yeares last past or thereabouts and now is a subiect of<br />
the King of Spaine and soe liveth att Antwerpe. And for such was<br />
and is comonly accompted and reputed. And further cannot<br />
depose.
To the Interoogatories. [CENTRE HEADING]
To the first hee saith hee hath bin Commander of the said shippe<br />
the ''Morning Starre'' by the space of theise five yeares last past<br />
or thereabouts and came first aboard her at Hamborough<br />
And otherwise referring himselfe to his foregoeing deposition hee<br />
saith hee cannot depose.
To the second hee saith hee hath knowne the said John Moller<br />
by the space of theise 8 yeares last past or thereabouts And<br />
saith hee never knewe the interrogated Jacinto Neimant unto this<br />
his last being att Cadiz, And saith the said Jacinto Neimannt<br />
was on bord this deponents ship whilest she was last at cadiz and was<br />
often in Company with him dureing his abode there. And further<br />
saveing as aforesaid hee cannot depose.
To the third Interrogatorie hee saith that the said Jacinto Neimant<br />
sent the said Plate and silver abord the said shipp from the house<br />
of Peter Johnson the yonger at Cadiz in Barques And<br />
otherwise saveing his foregoeing deposition hee saith hee<br />
cannot depose.
To the fowerth Interrogatorie hee saith that as hee hath bin credibly<br />
informed the said Jacinto Neimant was and is a fflandrian<br />
by birth. And for such is comonly accompted. And the said<br />
John Moller hee saith was and is an Hamburgher borne<br />
and liveth in Antwerp. And further cannot depose.
To the 5th hee saith that the said silver came abord some by<br />
day and some by night as the winde served to bring the barques<br />
and that hee this deponent receaved the same abord. And further<br />
cannot depose./
