Consideration of the whole case order<br />
and enioyne the said Peterson to ex=<br />
hibit his Libell and declare against<br />
this Rendent in this Courte at a cer<br />
taine day for that purpose to him<br />
prefixed under paine to bee declared<br />
by this Courte to have made the said<br />
protest unduely and without cause<br />
and to bee enioyned perpetuall silence<br />
touching all the matters and demands<br />
in the said protest and this respondent<br />
beleeveth that the said prefixed<br />
day is past and that the said Peterson<br />
did not observe the order of the said<br />
Court but did Contemptuously disobey<br />
the same and that the said Peterson<br />
hath sine againe and while the matter<br />
defended iudicially in this Courte videlicet<br />
[BLANK IN ORIGINAL MANUSCRIPT] craftily and<br />
unduelt make another pretended protest<br />
for the same matter before John Aurelius<br />
another notary publick and thereby hath<br />
againe iniured this Rendent for reparations<br />
whereof hee humbly prayeth the<br />
due consideration of this Courte And<br />
otherwise for his parte hee doeth not<br />
beleeve the said position to bee true in<br />
any parte thereof./
