hee beleeveth of and from this Rendent<br />
of such freight as should have bin due<br />
to him by the said charter party incase<br />
hee had made good delivery and noe<br />
imbeazelment att all which this respondent<br />
conceiving to bee uniust and expecting<br />
upon iust grounds to receive satisfaction<br />
from the said Peeterson for his said dam=<br />
madges sustained by the reasons aforesaid<br />
did upon good cause as hee beleeveth<br />
refuse to doe and this Rendent alsoe<br />
beleeves that the said Peterson did upon<br />
the third of ffebruary 1650 make a<br />
protest against this rendent and the said<br />
Alexander barron before Josua Maniet<br />
notary publicke of the Tenor of the sch<br />
dule hereunto annexed and that this<br />
respondent conceiving himselfe soe<br />
iniured and wronged by the said protest<br />
did upon iust cause as hee beleeveth<br />
procure this Courte to bee involved<br />
to grant summons against the said<br />
Peeterson to appeare in this Courte to<br />
the intents and purposes in the decrees<br />
and summons in this Courte expressed<br />
And this Rendent doeth further beleeve<br />
that the said Peeterson was duely served<br />
there with and that hee appeareing there<br />
unto and a copy of the said protest and<br />
alsoe a copye of the said charter party<br />
being exhibited into this Court and<br />
acknowledged by the said Peeterson and<br />
the matter of the said protest being/>
