for this Rendent laden aboard the shipp
arlate to bee transported from Legorno
arlate to Civita Vechia arlate or to some
other porte And otherwise for his parte
hee doeth not beleeve this position to
bee true in any parte
To the fifth position hee answereth and
accepteth of the same soe farre as it
maketh for him and not otherwise
and hee beleeveth that at one and the
same time within the time arlate the
arlate shipps the Salvadore the henry
Bonadventure and the hopewell were
amongst other shipps together or neere
one another in the harbor of Legorne
arlate And otherwise for his parte
hee doeth not beleeve this position to bee
true in any parte
To the sixth position hee answereth an accep
teth of the same soe farre forth as it
maketh for him and not otherwise
And hee beleeveth that within the time
arlate there were 25 Barrills of Indico
which did belonge to this Rendent and were
his owne proper goods laden onboard
the said shipp the Salvadore att or
neere the porte or harbour of Legorne
arlate to bee transported to Civita
Vechia arlate or to some other porte
And otherwise for his parte hee doeth
not beleeve this position to bee true
in any parte/
