admitted Which said allegation being soe admitted and repeated and the
said Baker exhibiting for the said Stubbs and making himselfe party for
him not beleeving the same to be true the Judges assigned the said
Suckley to prove the same the thir Court day from hence and decreed for the
said Stubbs his answeare the third day after if et cetera./
