And further saith that there were XXX butts of currant (or [XXX GUTTER]
the currant which this deponent the received damnified partly by XXX [XXX GUTTER]
partly by XXX which they had taken, and the XXX XXX being XXX XXX
indifferent persons, the said viewers[?] estimated the said dam XXX XXX [XXX GUTTER]
pounds sterling, which the said fflow asXXX allowed the deponents own
Christopher, and XXX this deponent XXX to this XXX [XXX GUTTER]
of XXX in XXX pounds and the XXX and of XXX pounds the part the said [XXX GUTTER]

And cannot as hee saith depose.
To the fifth hee cannot depose.
To the XXX hee saith the foresaid deposition is true.
To the Interrogatories
To the first hee saith hee is a XXX and has lived in London [XXX GUTTER]
yeares and a halfe last, and before then two yeares and a halfe in [XXX GUTTER]
and saith XXX XXX to said fflow about foure yeares, XXX [XXX GUTTER]
not XXX XXX, and XXX XXX XXX XXX as aforesaid.
To the second and third negatively.
To the fourth hee saith hee tooke up the said goods in XXX XXX was
twelvemonth, and made up the account with the said fflow XXX [?of GUTTER]
at the deponents house in Marke[?] lane, where the said XXX were [?all??? GUTTER]
and satisfied XXX XXX, and further answereth XXX XXX as aforesaid.
To the fifth hee saith the said lading of currant which were laded XXX XXX prize XXX [XXX GUTTER]
account, was the XXX or XXX or thereabouts by John ChristXX [XXX GUTTER]
this deponents XXX XXX order, but this deponent was not [XXX GUTTER]
and saith hee cannot affirme that the said foure quartels of currant was
aboard XXX prize, but XXX XXX the XXX were lost[left?] one of the XXX prize [XXX GUTTER]
XXX the XXX and the prize. And further hee cannot answer saving as
aforesaid.
To the sixth hee saith hee was not present not did observe XXX
the XXX butts of currant interrogate, and otherwise hee cannot
answer saving as aforesaid, saving negatively for his part, XXX [XXX GUTTER]
how the dammage XXX as hee saith.
To the seventh hee saith that the viewers and estimaters of the said [XXX GUTTER]
XXX and to the said XXX butts or thereabouts of currant were [?with XXX GUTTER]
