1. To the tenth interrogatory he answereth that he referreth
2. himselfe to his deposition made to the fifth and sixth
3. articles And further or otherwise he saith he cannot
4. depose:/.
5. To the eleaventh he answereth that the sayd shipp was
6. in comming from Bristoll to Gravesend nine dayes; That
7. ˹Abderdee˺ is much neerer unto ˹Bristoll˺ than unto London
8. by water, And he saith that for three houres time the
9. wind did on the next day that the sayd shipp arrivd at
10. Aberdee, blow fare for London, and that then
11. wind blew quite contrary And further he
12. knoweth not to answere.
13. To the twelth Interrogatory he answereth that the storme interrate
14. happened about 3 weekes before the shipps arrivall at
15. Aberdee, and that she was as leakie when she arrivd
16. at Abderdee as shewas at any time after the sayd storme,
17. And further referring himselfe to his former deposition
18. he cannot answere./
19. To the thirteenth he answereth that there were six dayes
20. betweene the shipps arrivall at Abderdee and her arrivall
21. at king roade nigh Bristoll, and that within that
22. time some such provisions of victualls were brought
23. aboard her, but he saith he knoweth not to what quantity
24. And further he cannot answere./

45. since on a man of warr voyage to take the ships and goods of
46. the English and other enemies of the king of Spaine, and
47. that this deponent was commander of her, and that Martin Claeson
48. Vander XXXa, Paulus da Soutaladr, Cornelius vander XXXa, Giles
49. Vander XXXa, all of Ostend and thereabouts in ffalnders subiects of
