Munday the tenth day of Aprill 1654
being the first Session of Easter
Tearme before the worshipfull William Clerke
and John Godolphin doctors of Lawes and
twpe of the Judges of the highe Court
of Admiraltye of England in the dyninge
Chamber within the doctors Commons
London in the presence of Samuell howe
notary publique.

Robert Crosby Andrew dewton}
William [?Buggs] and Nicholas
Bennet against Sixe eight parts}
and one sixteenth part of the}
shippe called The William and}
Margarett Whereof William}
Balford is master and whatsoever}
stocke due for the same part}
belonginge to themselves, and}
against all et ctera Clements}

Which day Clements
appeared for the said
William dynes, William
hopkins and the rest of
the parties aforesaid
and made himself party
for them, and exhibited
the originall mandate
with the Courte thereon
indorsed which Certificate
the Judges continued untill
the last Court day of this Terme/

Thomas ffowke against one 16th}
part of the shippe called The}
Johns Adventure whereof}
Richard Thurston was but}
nowe John Cuttens is master}
and the freight due for the}
same belonginge to the said}
ffowke, and against all et cetera}
Suckley}

Which day the said Suckley
appeared for the saide
ffowke and made himself
party for him and exhibited
the originall mandate
with the Certificate
thereon indorsed, and
upon preconization being
made for all and noe body
appearinge the Judges at the
petition of Suckley accusinge
their contumacie pronounced them
contumacious and in paine et cetera to
have fallen into the first default and
continued the Certificate in the same
state that it is untill the last Court
Day of this Terme./

Which day dayer accused the
contumacie of the said
Richard Crandly, Job
Throckmorton, Edward
Noseworthy and William
Tiddiman monished to give in
their personall answeres to the
libell admitted in this cause and not
givinge in the
same, and prayed that they might be
pronounced to be in contumacie et cetera and they
Beinge called et cetera and not givinge in their
answeres the Judges at dyers petition continued
the monition till the next Court day in the presence
of Suckley dissentinge./
