Examined upon the foresaid allegation.

John Martinson Dorp of hamborough Mariner aged 53 yeeres
or thereabouts sworne and examined.
To the first article hee saith and deposeth that hee hath well knowne
the shipp the Salvador arlate whereof Christian Cloppenburgh is master
and hath soe donne for theise five yeares last or thereabouts, during which
space shee hath alwaies bin accompted and reputed to be belonging to the
port of hamborough and to be there built, but hee this deponent
was abroad on a voyage in the time of her building and therefore hee
cannot depose thereto, And otherwise hee cannot depose.
