and Mr Richard Lewellin on the
behalfe of doulas Burton

To the fourth pretended position hee
answereth and referreth himselfe to his
former Answers made to this position
which hee beleeveth to bee true. And further
this Rendent beleeveth That after the
death of the said Burton deceased the
arlate Cooper did for his meate and
drinke and passage Cutt the haire of the
said marriners and did apply unto some
of the Companye of the said shipp such
medicaments as hee understood and such
as hee supposed they sttod in need of ut credit which if
hee had not donne this rendent beleeveth
hee would have turned him onshoare and
not have given him meate and drinke
and passage for [?noe]thinge And otherwiise
for his parte hee doeth not beleeve the said
position to bee true in any parte thereof./
