Edward Branston (alt. Branson) (b. ca. 1607). Ropemaker.

Resident in 1654 in the parish of Saint Mary Matsellon alias Whitechapel.

Evidence from High Court of Admiralty

Forty-seven year old Edward Branston deposed on January 25th 1654 in the High Court of Admiralty.[1] He was examined on articles on behalf of William James "Touching two Cables and a Kedge anchor taken by him out of the Mary of [?Mosse]".[2]
