Board or on shoare hee doeth not at present remember: And otherwise cannot
depose./
To the 7th hee saith, hee is in Conscience assured that the two bills of lading
interrate, and those of the same tenour found aboard his said shipp are
reall and true, and [?], they being all [?]
by this [?]. And otherwise cannot depose./
To the 8th hee saith hee did upon the [receiving?] of the silver and
[?] in question, enter the severall [?] into a booke [?] the markes
thereof, and from whom received and to whom [consigned?] And otherwise
cannot depose.
To the 9th hee saise that the said books and bills of lading doe in effect
agree one [?] another, and that the said books is now [?] in this [?]
And otherwise saving his foregoing [?], hee deposes not./
To the 10th [negatively?], not knowing of any other bills of lading or note of
remembrants, then those proposed.
To the 11th hee saith, hee is [?] in [?] that the silver and
moneys interrate doe really belong to the said [?] according to the
[?] bills of lading, and no other person whatsoever, and well knowese that
his said shipp was designed for [?] or [?] and no other port
or place whatsoever. And otherwise cannot depose./
To the 12th hee saise that neither this [?] nor any of the persons [?]

otherwise [deposese] not./
To the 13th hee cannot depose./

To the 16th hee saise hee this [?] is a [?] by birth and usuall
habitation, and hath no share nor interest in the silver now [Aclaymed?], nor
[?] and benefits by the restification thereof, nor hase any manner
of relation to the interrate [?]. And otherwise cannot depose.
To the 17th hee saise the said shipp begann her outwards voyage from
[?] the port that shee belongese into about 3 yeares since
