To the 7th hee saith, hee is in Conscience assured that the two bills of lading
interrate, and those of the same tenour found aboard his said shipp are
reall and true, and [?], they being all [?]
by this [?]. And otherwise cannot depose./
To the 8th hee saith hee did upon the [receiving?] of the silver and
[?] in question, enter the severall [?] into a booke [?] the markes
thereof, and from whom received and to whom [consigned?] And otherwise
cannot depose.
To the 9th hee saise that the said books and bills of lading doe in effect
agree one [?] another, and that the said books is now [?] in this [?]
