Ship Anne. (John Adkins late Master)
aged 20 yeeres or thereabouts sworne
and Examined:/:

To the first hee saith that in the monethes arlate the
arlate ffrancis ffooke was as this Deponent beleeveth
a part owner of the said ship Anne John Adkins
late Master and her tackle and furniture; And for a
Part owner of her, hee the said ffowke was Comonly
said and reported to be, at the time of the said Ships
departure from home on the voyage in question,
and further cannot depose./.

To the second hee saith hee cannot depose./

To the third hee saith that hee this Deponent in the
voyage in Question hath heard William Malym who
