4. as aforesaid goe and carry goods from the Spanish west Indies to
5. Angola, and trade there, and the subiects of the king of Portugall
6. goe and carry goods from Angola to the Spanish West Indies and
7. trade there, and that very frequently and securely, obtaining in the
8. first place license in that behalfe, which for a summe of money
9. is easily and frequently gained and otten, and that the said subiects
10. of Portugall have and doe and may by vertue of their
11. licenses goe and carry the procede of their goods brought from
12. Angola to Cartagena to any other the dominions of the kinge of
13. Spaine and there dispose thereof and freely trade, and this hee
14. saith is usuall and common, notwithstanding the said warrs.
