To the 9th hee answereth that hee refer
reth himselfe to the Records of this
Court which hee beleeveth to bee true
To the 10th position hee answereth that
hee doeth not beleeve the same to bee
true in any parte thereof
To the 11th hee answereth that it is
complained to this Court on the
behalfe of the parties arlate but uniust=

beleeveth what hee hath above beleeved

Coleman made to the pretensed posi=
tions of a certaine pretensed allegation and
schedule thereunto annexed given and
admitted against him and others
on the behalfe of John Bardwell
and Perin Trott are followeth
To the first pretensed position
and schedule therein mentioneth hee
answereth that hee doeth not beleeve the
same to bee true in any parte thereof
