To the 10th hee saith, That as this deponent hath been credibly informed
by some Passengers that came from Newfound land for England in
the said shipp the Pyed Cowe, the said George hopkins did send over
severall of his men whom hee had imployed in Newfoundland in
and with the said shipp. And further cannot depose./
To the 11th hee saith, hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition, wherein hee hath
declared the trueth of his knowledge as to the Cobtract arlate, and
saith hee this deponent did not make any other Contract or agreement
for or concerning the bringing home of the shipp in Controversie. And
further or otherwise then referring himselfe to the said Contract hee
cannot depose:-
