The 17th day of december .1653. Examined upon the
sayd allegation

The Claime of John Stephen Spinola}
for his sylver in the Morning star}

Michael Van Lubkin of Hamburgh Mariner Captaine and Commander
of the sayd shipp the Morning Starr aged 30 yeares or thereabouts a
witnes sworne and examined deposeth and saith as followeth videlicet.

To the first he saith he was master of he sayd shipp and aboard her when she was
