I've just posted our Call for Volunteers on a CfP Website: http://call-for-papers.sas.upenn.edu/. It usually takes a while for it to appear online (SL)

I posted one of the versions (can't remember which now) about ten days back to the Cromwell Society in UK, who have circulated it via their email list (Colin)
